Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Embedded Robotics Engineer to design, build, and integrate software powering autonomous robots across the full robotics stack. You will work across the stack from low-level sensor integration to high-level perception and behavior, ensuring robust, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of robotics software experience, expert C++/Python skills, and hands-on ROS/ROS2 experience in production.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with ROS or ROS 2 in production projects.
• Solid experience with at least one of perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filter techniques.
• Experience with simulation environments (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo).
• Strong debugging skills in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.

• Design, build, and integrate software for autonomous robots.
• Work across the full robotics software stack, from sensors to perception and behavior.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust solutions.
