Job summary

Inter-coastal Electronics, LLC is seeking an experienced electrical/computer engineer to design, develop, and test high-performance embedded systems for RF signal processing. You will architect hardware for ICE products, develop firmware, ensure EMC/environmental compliance, and support testing in an in-office setting.

The role requires a strong hardware and software background, collaboration within a team, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in electrical/computer engineering.
• Associates degree and 8+ years electronic design experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong background in hardware and software development.
• Experience developing high performance embedded designs for RF signal processing.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical systems, products, PCBs and firmware.
• Architect, design, develop, debug, deploy, and maintain electrical and electronic hardware for ICE products.
• Develops circuit/system requirements and technologies to meet them.
• Designs, develops, tests, modifies, installs, and updates firmware.
• Evaluate system, electronic designs, equipment, and techniques and propose improvements.
• Support environmental and qualification testing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
