Job summary

Odin Dynamics is hiring multiple Senior Embedded Software Engineers to own critical embedded subsystems across our platform, including Embedded Linux compute, motor-control firmware, and battery-management firmware. You will write substantial production code, mentor engineers, and own subsystem performance throughout its lifecycle, with a focus on hardware-software integration.

• Deep practical expertise in embedded software for safety-critical systems.
• Experience across hardware, firmware, embedded Linux, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Responsible Engineer for a major embedded subsystem.
• Develop production-ready embedded software from requirements to field deployment.
• Write, review, test, profile, and debug low-level software.
• Design deterministic software for latency-sensitive systems.
• Bring up new hardware with Avionics and Power Electronics teams.
• Debug hardware/software integration issues at the lowest level.
• Create unit/integration/system tests (HOOTL/SIL/HIL) and support testing across lab, field, and sea trials.
