Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Staff Embedded Mobile & Product Security Engineer to own security across mobile and product surfaces in a fast-growing entertainment ecosystem. You will embed with squads, drive secure SDLC, and run a comprehensive pen testing program to harden features before release.

You will architect controls to meet partner security requirements and support AI-native product security strategies, while collaborating across security, product, and engineering teams to scale

Qualifications

• Experience securing native iOS/Android apps at consumer scale.
• Ability to pen test mobile and web apps and shepherd fixes.
• Experience architecting partner security controls (SOC 2, PCI, vendor reviews).
• Familiarity with AI-native security considerations and mobile AI features.

Responsibilities

• Embed with mobile and product squads to threat-model and harden features pre-launch.
• Own the mobile app security program end-to-end: SDLC security, code review, and dependency controls.
• Own the broader product security program: secure-by-default patterns and API/backend reviews.
• Run the pen testing program across mobile and web, coordinating external engagements.
• Architect security controls to meet partner security requirements for deals.
• Set baseline security for AI-native stack including mobile AI features.
• Write playbooks and pave the road for secure growth as the org scales.
