Beast Industries is building a security-forward culture as a Staff Mobile & Product Security Engineer in San Mateo, CA. You will be embedded directly with product and mobile squads to ship secure features from day one, owning mobile and product security end-to-end.

You will lead pen testing programs, architect controls for partner security requirements, and write security playbooks for scalable adoption as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Security engineer with product or mobile team experience.
• Solid mobile security background including iOS/Android threats.
• Experience building or contributing to an app security program.
• Hands-on pen testing of mobile and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Embed with mobile and product squads to threat-model and harden features before release.
• Own the mobile security program end-to-end; SDLC, code reviews, dependencies.
• Own the broader product security program and tooling for engineering teams.
• Lead the pen testing program across mobile and web; drive fixes.
• Architect security controls to meet partner security requirements.
