Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in a flight control software or related field.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
• Proficiency with C/C++.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Fluency with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Experience with safety standards like DO-178C to high criticality (DAL-A/B).
• Understanding of communication standards such as RS-422/485, CAN, ARINC-429, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with debuggers and lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and bus analyzers.
• Experience with Model Based Software development and DO-331 certification.

Aufgaben

• Develop safety critical software components for Archer's flight control system.
• Participate in planning, design, scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking the project.
• Work with system engineers to decompose requirements into high/low level software requirements per DO-178C.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and integrate the hardware/software flight control system.
• Develop software plans, processes & guidelines.
• Software requirements decomposition, analysis, and traceability.
• Software design, development, performance optimization, safety and cost trade studies, and design reviews.
• Software analyses, requirements-based testing, and structural coverage analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase safety and efficiency.
