Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of firmware and software development in vehicle engineering with focus on automotive, mobility, logistics or related industries.
• Experience with embedded firmware and real-time controls.
• 5+ years in Embedded Firmware & Real-Time Controls including CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet.
• ISO 26262 / ASIL and MISRA C/C++, AUTOSAR knowledge.
• Experience in Connected Vehicle Platforms & Telematics (TCU software, V2X/V2C, OTA).
• Experience with cybersecurity safeguards (HSM, TLS) and HIL testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain real-time embedded firmware for automotive ECUs and microcontrollers.
• Develop in-vehicle firmware, TCU software, and ensure integration with vehicle components and Software Cloud.
• Lead firmware/software development, roadmap, triage issues, and production patches.
• Integrate CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, and FlexRay communications.”
• Ensure software adheres to ISO 26262 / ASIL and MISRA/C++ / AUTOSAR guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver telematics and asset management platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and offshore teams, and support PoC projects.
