Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years embedded firmware development experience.
• Experience with real-time operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware for bare metal and RTOS based systems.
• Create control and electrical fault management algorithms and firmware.
• Plan work with a robust, trackable plan coordinated with the team (requirements, issues).
• Utilize GitHub for collaboration and Jira for task management and bug tracking.
• Document development in specifications and code comments; review peers' work.
• Test own work and peers’ work to meet quality and reliability goals.
• Conduct technical research and investigations for technology advancement.
• Collaborate with ERL and external labs/universities for innovation and IP generation.
