Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of MCU & SOC design for automotive applications with a proven track record.
• Experience in embedded software development for automotive ECUs.
• Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Ethernet and automotive protocols.
• Experience with RTOS and development tools for embedded systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE processes.

Responsibilities

• Software design and development: create and maintain modules/drivers for automotive MCUs & SOCs.
• Embedded firmware development for ECUs, including startup code and HALs.
• RTOS integration (FreeRTOS/Zephyr) for multi-tasking and scheduling.
• Linux/QNX BSP and Android guest OS enablement for automotive platforms.
• Enable display, audio, camera and serial interfaces on SOC; profile and optimize performance.
• Implement CAN/LIN/Ethernet networking stacks; ensure reliable inter-ECU communication.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to implement integrated software; conduct testing and validation.
• Create design docs, interface specs, and test plans; ensure MISRA C and ISO 26262 compliance.
