Job summary

McCoy Global is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development and testing of embedded systems powering our industrial sensors and control solutions.

You will own products through the entire development lifecycle from concept to production release, combining hardware and firmware expertise with strong leadership to deliver high-performance, safe systems in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on embedded systems development experience.
• Experience with embedded control systems in industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded control systems for industrial equipment.
• Write production firmware across multiple embedded platforms.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive design for certification.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership.
