What We Need:

Are you passionate about designing intelligent industrial products that solve real-world challenges? We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of embedded systems that power our next generation of industrial sensors and control solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through validation, certification, and production release. You will combine deep expertise in embedded hardware and firmware development with strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional projects and deliver reliable, high-performance systems that operate safely and efficiently in demanding industrial environments.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in embedded control systems, advanced C/C++ programming, electronic circuit design, and industrial communications. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, mentoring teams, and transforming innovative ideas into robust commercial products, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.
What you’ll do:
  • Proven experience developing embedded control systems for industrial equipment.
  • Advanced C and C++ for embedded applications, with production firmware experience across a range of embedded platforms.
  • Strong embedded software architecture skills: state machines, device drivers, and code structure that holds up as a product grows.
  • Proficient with microcontroller and microprocessor platforms across multiple architectures, including part selection.
  • Solid working knowledge of hardware interfaces and peripherals.
  • Practical experience with industrial communication protocols.
  • Solid electronic circuit design capability, including power and signal design.
  • Expert use of lab and debugging equipment to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to lead cross functional projects, and drive planning, code reviews, and design for certification.
