Job summary

Symbiokinetics is seeking an experienced engineer to design and implement electronics and firmware for robotic systems. This hands-on role will involve working closely with the VP of Engineering on projects concerning motor control and sensor integration.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in embedded systems, proficiency in C/C++, and familiarity with PCB design software. Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plus a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience working with embedded systems on physical products.
• Experience with schematics capture and circuit board layout.
• Comfortable reading schematics and datasheets, debugging with oscilloscope.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electronics, firmware, and signal conditioning.
• Bring up new sensor and motor control boards.
• Collaborate with mechanical team on electronics packaging.
