Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 12+ years in embedded system design.
• Experience in dense PCB design.
• Understanding of digital logic and transmission line theory.
• Experience with motor control systems (BLDC) and GAN FETs.
• EMC design, testing, and verification.
• Familiarity with FPGA design and verification (Verilog, ModelSim).
• Proficient in scripting (Python).
• Excellent debugging and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, bring-up, and integration of custom PCAs.
• Architect communication, processing, and distribution of electronic subsystems.
• Collaborate on system design with FPGA, mechanical, software, and controls teams.
• Identify and implement actuation components for robotic systems.
• Implement PCB designs balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Board bring-up, troubleshooting, and risk analysis.
• Develop vendor relations for robust building blocks.
• Create design documentation, verifications, and scripts.
• Follow design control from specification to manufacturing.
