The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in mixed-signal and embedded hardware, with a track record of medical product development and a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional programs from concept

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience with a Bachelor's, or 6 years with a Master's, or PhD with 3 years' experience
• Experience in Medical device hardware development and design control processes
• Proficient in mixed-signal and embedded system design, patient-isolated PCBA design
• Experience with switched-mode power supplies and transformer/magnetic components
• Experience with PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing
• Familiar with IEC 60601 and regulatory standards for medical devices
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced, high-impact environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Software, and Clinical Engineering to define product requirements
• Identify methods to satisfy product specs and ensure seamless system integration
• Develop, validate, and document hardware solutions meeting clinical and environmental requirements
• Provide technical guidance on energy-based surgical products to internal stakeholders
• Support quality standards and regulatory processes
