The Senior Embedded Controls Engineer will translate high-level requirements into production-ready embedded control software for both vehicle- and system-level controls, interfacing with CAN and other standards in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Software, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of controls engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Simulink and C/C++.
• Experience with vehicle or energy systems control.
• Experience with CAN/serial communications

Responsibilities

• Develop Simulink based Embedded Controls Software for a mobile battery system.
• See features through from prototype to production software release stages.
• Work with CAN, Modbus, and other automotive & industrial communication standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and refine feature definitions
