Russell Tobin is seeking a Senior Embedded Controls Systems Engineer to join the Product Design & Engineering team in Burlington, MA. You'll design and develop control algorithms for next-generation brewer platforms, collaborating across embedded software, hardware, and systems engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of embedded systems, programming in C/C++ and Python, and experience with control system implementation. Comprehensive benefits including healthcare and retirement savings are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience with embedded systems software development and control algorithm implementation.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of feedback, feed-forward, and model-based control systems.
• Hands-on experience with thermal/fluid control components.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement embedded control algorithms for thermal and fluid systems.
• Develop and maintain embedded software for consumer and commercial brewer products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define system requirements and resolve challenges.
• Troubleshoot field issues and drive continuous product improvements.
