Job summary

Regular travel to partner proving grounds and on-vehicle testing will be required to validate software in real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C programming.
• Experience with AUTOSAR, real-time OS, and embedded software practice.
• Strong Linux and Git development experience.
• Familiar with automotive protocols like CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, SPI, Ethernet, UDS, J1939.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work around Class-8 vehicles.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate CAN DBCs into AUTOSAR stack.
• Maintain and tune autonomous safety features in AUTOSAR.
• Design and implement AUTOSAR UDS and DEM stacks.
• Develop autonomous software diagnostics and DTCs with event-chain reporting.
• Troubleshoot vehicle and system issues with partners and internal teams.
• Support new vehicle platform bring-up, flashing sensors/ECUs.
• Create and execute vehicle tests and campaigns.
• Coordinate development tests with test management.
• Travel up to 50% for on-vehicle testing.
• Ensure QA compliance with QMS and drive process improvements.
• Ensure team adheres to QMS and quality standards.
