The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in automotive development, with strong communication and hands-on hardware/software skills. Travel up to 40% and mentorship expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in automotive component development or testing.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects with cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Familiarity with vehicle infotainment, telematics, and vehicle interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project development quality across hardware/software.
• Coordinate with OEM customers and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, QA, and procurement.
• Develop APQP deliverables and manage third-party solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
