Job summary

The Embedded Software Control Manager at Eaton's Corporate Sector leads the design, development, and delivery of embedded control software for automotive systems. You will provide technical and people leadership across algorithms, modeling, and validation while ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include driving Model-Based Design with MATLAB/Simulink, implementing CI/CT pipelines, and ensuring ASPICE and ISO26262 compliance across ECU platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer engineering, or computer science.
• 10+ years in embedded software development with C/C++ lifecycle.
• 5+ years in embedded control software using MBD and MATLAB/Simulink.
• 5+ years debugging with industry toolchains (Vector CANape, CANalyzer, INCA, ETAS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of embedded control software.
• Oversee model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink and code generation.
• Ensure ASPICE and ISO26262 compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and validation teams.
• Drive CI/CT pipelines for automated builds and validation.
