Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a senior software developer to expand testing and automation for embedded software. You will shape verification strategy and build scalable test systems that drive quality across our platforms.

You'll design new test strategies, create agentic AI-driven automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and diagnose root causes to deliver robust fixes. A strong background in Python or C++, Linux, and modern version control is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying automation systems.
• Proven track record of large-scale, logical code in Python or C++ for automation.
• Experience with agentic AI assistants and building autonomous pipelines.
• Embedded systems and automotive sensors experience (cameras, etc.).
• Proficiency in Linux environments and Unix-like systems.
• Experience with Git and Perforce for version control and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills for cross-team work.

Responsibilities

• Developing new and extending test strategies to guarantee quality from functional and performance perspectives.
• Designing agentic systems that autonomously verify multiple domains of embedded software.
• Collaborating with development, verification, and customer-facing teams to understand products and applications.
• Analyzing and root-causing issues at the code level and implementing fixes.
