Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead email and texting campaigns across ministries, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams to advance donor engagement and fundraising goals.

You will oversee vendor relationships, ensure brand compliance, and drive performance analytics to optimize messaging and deliverability while maintaining confidentiality and faith-based mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience in digital communication streams using Acoustic or similar platform.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML.

Responsibilities

• Manage BGEA’s email marketing division, creating strategy and helping cast vision.
• Collaborates with Senior Web Products Manager to develop texting campaigns that engage donors and acquire new names and recommend to BGEA Communications leadership.
• Oversee implementation of texting campaigns.
• Creates goals and strategies that align email marketing and texting strategies with BGEA goals.
• Manages the relationship with the email and texting platform vendors.
• Provides ownership and oversight of the BGEA app and recommends changes and updates as necessary.
