Elevation Church is seeking a skilled Email Marketer to design and launch campaigns that engage our church community. You will proofread content, manage lists, and collaborate with ministry teams to deliver on-brand communications.

Ideal candidates will have experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and data analysis, plus a strong portfolio of HTML emails. This role is based in our Matthews, NC offices and supports weekend worship initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active participation in a church lifestyle and culture
• Proven experience as Email Marketer or Digital Marketer
• Proficiency with marketing automation technology
• Ability to analyze correspondence data
• Familiarity with analytics and database tools
• Strong portfolio of HTML email samples
• High attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch email campaigns to engage and connect with Elevation Church audiences
• Proofread emails for clarity, spelling, and brand consistency
• Manage email lists and routine maintenance
• Coordinate with ministry teams on project requests
• Understand audience groups to connect meaningfully
• Monitor engagement data and suggest improvements
• Ensure all emails follow best practices
