Job summary

Regis University seeks an Email Developer to build, maintain, and optimize its email marketing campaigns and landing pages. You will implement HTML/CSS, dynamic content, and accessibility best practices, ensuring mobile-first experiences and strong deliverability.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Automation team, QA staff, and student workers to test, analyze performance, and drive enrollment-focused communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent amount of relevant experience
• 3+ years of hands-on HTML email development
• Advanced understanding of web development tools including CSS
• Experience with HTML authoring tools and dynamic content
• Experience testing for rendering and accessibility compliance
• Experience building mobile-responsive emails and landing pages
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations and deliverability best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Build and code interactive, mobile-friendly emails and landing pages using HTML/CSS
• Perform rigorous QA across devices, clients, and ISPs to ensure accessibility and consistent rendering
• Coordinate with work-study students to streamline QA processes
• Develop dynamic content in emails and landing pages for audience segments
• Validate landing pages, forms, data updates, and tracking before launch
• Lead spam and deliverability testing and manage DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
