Job summary

Regis University is seeking an Email Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our email campaigns and landing pages. You will work on mobile-first designs, ensure accessibility, and implement dynamic content and audience segmentation to improve engagement.

You will perform rigorous QA testing, collaborate with students and colleagues, and support email deliverability, data analysis, and reporting to align with university goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with design development and testing.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience creating HTML emails.
• Advanced understanding of CSS and accessibility compliance.
• Experience with HTML authoring tools and dynamic content.
• Experience testing for rendering and accessibility compliance.
• Experience building mobile-responsive emails and landing pages.
• Knowledgeable about email compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage Regis University’s email campaigns and landing pages.
• Perform QA testing across devices, clients, and ISPs to ensure accessibility and rendering.
• Develop dynamic content and audience-specific email experiences.
• Optimize deliverability with DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sender reputation.
• Collaborate with team members and work-study students to ensure QA and quality standards.
• Support SMS strategy and backup deployment under supervision.
