Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in email/front-end development.
• Strong HTML/CSS development and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex technical issues and provide actionable guidance.
• Transform requirements into email/mail communications using HTML, CSS, and AEM.
• Develop complex HTML projects and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers on email development best practices.
• Coordinate with marketing and stakeholders to close capability gaps.
• Test thoroughly to ensure functional and design adherence.
• Work with QA to troubleshoot defects and communicate status.
• Provide estimates and timelines with PMO and Team Operations.
• Advise on process/tech innovations within AEM ecosystem.
