Job summary

Sanofi Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Senior EM Production Technician on 3rd shift to join the Environmental Monitoring team in the Filling Department. You will monitor, document, and improve EM activities, ensuring aseptic practices and compliant batch release timelines.

You will train new teammates, support deviations with 5W2H, and work closely with the quality group to maintain documentation and GMP standards. This role requires strong detail orientation and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with OneLims and MODA databases; EMS/Facility Pro familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EM team and ensure needed skillsets for production.
• Support cycle times to meet batch release schedules and investigate discrepancies.
• Initiate deviations using 5W2H and assist investigations.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring for Routine and Non-routine checks.
