Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Senior EM Production Technician for 1st shift in Swiftwater, PA. You will perform Environmental Monitoring in the filling department, support the EM team to meet batch release schedules, and assist with investigations using 5W2H.

The role requires aseptic gown qualifications and PPE compliance. Qualifications include high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in GMP pharma/biotech, or a degree with 1 year in GMP pharma/biotech.

Qualifications

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in OneLims and MODA databases.
• Experience with Sanofi EMS and/or Facility Pro.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Environmental Monitoring within the Filling Department.
• Maintain and support EM Team to meet production needs and batch release schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies found in batch review process and discuss deviations using 5W2H.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring for Routine and Non-routine monitoring.
• Support production facility in line with volume fluctuation and staffing needs.
• Train and support new team members; act as aseptic gown trainer.
