Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Senior EM Production Technician to join the Environmental Monitoring team in the Filling Department on 3rd shift. You will perform environmental monitoring and support batch release activities, ensuring aseptic conditions and GMP compliance.

The role requires maintaining gowning/APS qualifications and training new staff, with experience in OneLims, MODA, and MS Office preferred. You will collaborate closely with quality and production to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with OneLims and MODA databases.
• Experience with Sanofi EMS and/or Facility Pro.

Responsibilities

• Member of a team consisting of EM Technicians.
• Maintain and support EM Team to ensure appropriate skillsets for production needs.
• Support ESUM cycle times to meet product batch release schedules including investigating discrepancies in batch review.
• Initiate discussions for possible deviations using 5W2H and assist with investigational needs.
• Perform Environmental Monitoring for routine and non-routine monitoring.
• Understand the function of the quality group and work aseptically.
• Support production facility for volume fluctuations and staffing changes.
• Train and support new team members.
• Qualified aseptic gown trainer.

Main responsibilities

About you

Education / Experience

• Must maintain aseptic gowning and APS qualification. Must maintain Grade A, B, C, and D sampling qualification.
• Grade A/B monitoring in an aseptic area
• Must be detail oriented and organized, with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in OneLims and MODA databases.
• Experience with Sanofi EMS and/or Facility Pro

Education

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ Years in GMP Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry
• Bachelor's or associate degree with 1 Year in GMP Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry

Preferred Experience

• 2 Years of experience in Environmental Monitoring (EM)
• Aseptic Gown Qualification
• Qualified Trainer in one or more areas.
