Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level Elixir and OTP, BEAM internals knowledge.
• Strong distributed systems with fault tolerance.
• Experience with ExUnit and distributed testing.

Responsibilities

• Own distributed system features end-to-end from design to production.
• Drive architectural direction for Elixir/OTP.
• Identify and fix reliability risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, space operators.
• Document decisions and patterns for onboarding.
