General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior ELINT Analyst with SECRET clearance to support NAWCWD, providing technical ELINT system operations, troubleshooting, and fleet-user training on site.

The role emphasizes strong communication and customer service in a fast-paced defense environment. Required is a STEM degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of ELINT experience, with preferred familiarity of NAWCWD and Ventura County operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or four additional years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of related ELINT experience.
• Experience with military squadron operations and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NAWCWD airborne ELINT systems.
• Assist Fleet users and NAWCWD team with system operation and training.
• Resolve priority ELINT issues with strong communications and customer service.
• Collaborate in a dynamic environment integrating NAWCWD test/simulation with US Fleet partners.
