Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support a Department of the Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. You will perform pulse-level ELINT analysis, produce serialized reports, and work with EW engineers to enhance EWIR models.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a high school diploma with substantial experience, and expertise in MARTES/ESP/CATS/ASPEN. You will brief government customers and handle multiple systems with quick-turnaround requests.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma with 12 years of experience performing TechELINT analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN analysis software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting, including ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, and IROD formats.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for a wide range of radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to incorporate waveform behavior into EWIR models.
• Brief the government customer on analysis findings and provide technically sound recommendations.
• Handle multiple systems concurrently and respond to quick-turnaround information requests.
