• Ability to educate clients on financial and insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance on scheduled patients to ensure eligibility and benefits.
• Input demographic and billing information into the medical management system.
• Process intake forms and verify insurance benefits and financial obligations.
• Educate clients on insurance benefits and sliding fee schedule.
• Assist in billing and collection of patient accounts.
• Coordinate eligibility training and promote team productivity.
• Communicate with patients regarding costs and coverage to prevent delays.
