Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking an Executive Clinical Specialist for its Electrophysiology business. You will act as a technical leader, providing expert consultation to electrophysiologists on the EnSite Mapping System and related products, while mentoring regional clinical staff and expanding strategic account collaborations.

The role emphasizes training development, cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales, and leadership in ensuring successful product

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
IBHRE EP “Board Certified” or equivalency required.
Minimum 10 years experience in cardiac electrophysiology and experience mentoring or managing other employees.
Vendor credentialing requirements may include vaccination for COVID-19; accommodation options available upon HR review.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical consultation on EnSite Mapping System and related EP products.
Lead regional accounts and mentor other clinical staff in the region.
Develop and deliver formal training and education for electrophysiologists and staff on EP systems.
Collaborate with marketing, education, and sales to grow business at Strategic Accounts.
Coordinate hospital training logistics for new and existing accounts.
Establish and nurture client relationships to maximize product utilization and adoption.
Participate in on-site procedure observations to support launches and evaluations.
