Job summary

Echodyne is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to join our team in Kirkland, WA, supporting high-performance radar production. You will work on test system development, validation, and maintenance, applying electronics test skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to help hit aggressive production goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work with RF/microwave test equipment, documentation, and continuous improvement across test processes in collaboration with engineering and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on electronics measurement.
• Experience with manufacturing test processes.
• Export control eligibility (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Support test system development and integration activities
• Perform test station qualification and validation activities
• Conduct root cause analysis of test equipment failures and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Develop test system preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Compile and analyze test and measurement data, distilling into key performance metrics to aid in the identification of systemic issues
• Develop and document debug methodologies in support of resolving emergent failure modes
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects of manufacturing test processes working with engineering, manufacturing, quality and design teams
