Job summary

Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Test Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Merrimack, NH. In this role, you will perform advanced electrical and functional testing, troubleshooting, and analysis of PCBAs, electronic modules, and finished products, collaborating with engineering, quality, and production to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or hands-on equivalent in Electronics Technology or EET.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Test Technician in electronics manufacturing or EMS.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics and PCBA troubleshooting.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and electrical testing on PCBAs, cable assemblies, and electronics.
• Troubleshoot failures to component, circuit, and subsystem levels using test equipment.
• Operate oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, signal generators, and power supplies.
• Load firmware, configure software, calibrate, and verify systems.
• Record results and corrective actions in manufacturing systems and documentation.
• Support first article inspections and New Product Introduction (NPI) builds.
• Develop and improve test procedures, fixtures, and documentation.
