Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Colorado is seeking an experienced Electronics Test Engineer (Level 4) to join the Core Systems and Components group. You will design, execute, and maintain test strategies for electronic hardware and systems, collaborating with Electrical Design and Embedded Systems teams to ensure performance and mission readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent), 8+ years of related experience, and hands-on use of test equipment, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or extensive relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in electronics test engineering, manufacturing, or assembly.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test procedures, and test reports for electronic hardware and systems.
• Familiarity with V&V methodologies and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, procedures, and test reports for electronic hardware and systems.
• Collaborate with Electrical Design and Embedded Systems teams throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test equipment and test setups.
• Identify, document, and drive resolution of hardware anomalies and failures.
• Support design reviews, including test readiness reviews (TRRs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and applicable standards.
