Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to support the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The role covers field installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of security and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of electronics installation or maintenance, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Graduation from an Electronics Technician program or an Electrical Apprenticeship is required.
• An additional three years of electronics installation/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software, test systems, and provide customer support.
• Lead commissioning activities and coordinate with owners and design teams.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and customers; maintain documentation.
