Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Senior Electronics Technician to support the Radar Analog & Power department. You will test, document, and troubleshoot analog and high-voltage transmitter systems, including TWTs, for RF and power applications. On-site role with potential travel to MA locations; DoD clearance required.

Ideal candidate will work independently, possess strong lab skills, and contribute to safety and quality in a DoD environment. Active clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a B.S. degree and 5 years of relevant experience or an A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics, electrical hardware fabrication, breadboarding, test, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with high voltage electronics and knowledge of safety issues with high voltage systems.
• Experience using test equipment to verify electronics performance (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF probes/meters, function generators, AC/DC power sources).

Responsibilities

• Test, document, and troubleshoot analog and power electronics and high-voltage transmitter systems.
• Support lab and field engineering activities for Naval RF and power products.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.
• Monitor and document test results and equipment performance; report anomalies for QA.
• Assist in system-level testing and integration activities.
• Travel to Tewksbury, Andover, or Pelham as required.
