Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of electronic harness build, test, or repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret wiring diagrams, pin schedules, and loom drawings to construct quality wiring harnesses.
• Understand and follow IPC 620C wire harness build processes.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment.
• Perform quality assurance checks on Electronics Lab products.
• Ability to use and train others on tools: voltmeter, hand tools, soldering iron, etc.
• Apply knowledge of military or motorsports wiring loom techniques and components.
• Manage and procure inventory.
• Troubleshoot wire harnesses.
• Read electrical schematics and identify color-coded wires.
• Work in small groups to develop practical engineering solutions.
• Update wiring harness diagrams and manufacturing documents with Engineering.
