Responsibilities

• Read schematics and engineering instructions for assembling/disassembly of electronic units.
• Develop tests for various manufacturers.
• Troubleshoot and repair drives from major manufacturers.
• Provide phone support for customers and Paragon branches.
• Document test procedures and results.
• Component/board level repair and troubleshooting.
• Solder through-hole and surface-mount components.
