Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product development or testing embedded controls.
• Experience reading procedures and regulatory requirements (UL/IEC/CE).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage embedded systems lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate product needs into clear controller system requirements and maintain through lifecycle.
• Define controller system architecture and maintain ICDs.
• Support project management for development and verification activities.
• Plan and drive system work product reviews and ensure on-time release of documentation.
• Collaborate to improve system work products, processes, and quality criteria.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to define test requirements and review control docs.
• Support customer service with system documentation and guidance to drive satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and functional safety standards.
