Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end development of electro‑optical systems. You will define the program strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and ensure deliverables meet performance and cost targets.

The role requires CAM and EVM experience, ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing complex state-of-the-art systems for ground/space apps.
• CAM experience with budgets, schedules and resources.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and actions.
• Ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
• Clearance to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and own the program roadmap for electro optical hardware.
• Coordinate with systems engineering, firmware, software, mechanical, test, procurement, and subcontracts teams.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress and take corrective actions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; report status to senior leadership.
• Provide guidance on architecture, PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and performance monitoring for parts and subs.
• Enforce PLM processes, baselines, and documentation control throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and program staff; foster a high-performance culture.
