Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Electronics Security Systems Site Lead Technician to manage day-to-day activities across multiple programs in the Washington, DC area.

You will lead technician teams, review design docs, and ensure high-quality installations from kickoff through testing and closeout. A minimum Secret clearance is required along with extensive security-installation and data center project experience.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of electronic security system installation with increasing responsibility.
• Three or more years of project lead experience with teams of 6+ technicians.
• Two or more years of data center project execution environment experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret level clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 30 Certified.
• Certification/experience with Lenel, Honeywell, Hanwha, and Milestone.
• Active suitability determination from SSA for security work.

Responsibilities

• Lead/guide/mentor technician teams on fast paced time critical projects.
• Understand and analyze design documentation, system data and statements of work.
• Complete high-quality device installations from project kick off to close.
• Execute testing to verify high-quality installations.
• Install system raceway (conduit) & system cabling.
• Terminate and test system cabling and all components.
• Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and all mounting hardware components.
• Meet all attendance requirements and working hours of the project.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, subordinates and customers.
• Incorporate, and always follow all required safety practices.
