Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Electronics Security Systems Site Lead Technician to support day-to-day activities for several programs. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate technician teams to deliver high-quality installations from kickoff to close.

Required: 5+ years in electronic security installation, 3+ years in project leadership with teams of 6+, and ability to obtain Secret clearance. Position is remote with travel; weekly travel expected. Competitive compensation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of electronic security system installation with increasing responsibilities.
• Three+ years of project lead experience with teams of 6+ technicians.
• Two+ years of data center project execution experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician teams on fast-paced, time-critical projects.
• Review design documents, system data, and statements of work.
• Complete high-quality device installations from kickoff to close.
• Execute tests to verify installations.
• Install system raceway, cabling, racks, enclosures, and hardware.
• Meet attendance and working hours requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors, subordinates and customers.
• Follow all required safety practices.
