Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks an electronics technician to troubleshoot, repair, and analyze returned products. You will perform component-level repairs, collect repair data, and contribute to test-system development with hardware, software, and mechanical integration.

You will mentor junior technicians, document troubleshooting protocols, and provide feedback to product development for design improvements. A strong soldering and lab-safety background is required, with U.S. work authorization.

Formación

• Associate degree or military electronics training or equivalent.
• 5+ years in component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• Experience soldering fine-pitch SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies.
• Experience with microprocessor- and microcontroller-based products.
• Knowledge of analog circuit troubleshooting and switching power supplies preferred.
• IPC soldering certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronic products.
• Perform component-level repairs and collect repair data.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures and systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Document troubleshooting protocols and feed feedback to product development.
