Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Buyer to join our manufacturing team, purchasing electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, and related services to ensure competitive pricing, quality and on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of manufacturing purchasing experience, strong knowledge of electrical components and PCB fabrication, and hands‑on experience with Costpoint and AS9100.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Buyer/Purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing electronic components, PCBs and related services.
• Familiar with Costpoint or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in AS9100 quality environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders based on production needs.
• Source electronic components, PCBs, and manufacturing services.
• Be primary contact for PCB fabrication and contract manufacturing.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate proposals, negotiate price and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and expedite materials.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse.
