Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precise measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly per blueprints and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete tasks.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment.
• Train and mentor less experienced assemblers.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and complete production documentation.
