Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an Assembly Operator II to join our manufacturing team. You will perform product assembly operations on complex components and sub-assemblies, following established methods and using hand tools or power screwdrivers.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, installing brackets, supporting training, and handling components for server assembly. We value teamwork, dexterity, and the ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.
• Communicate and can follow verbal/written directions.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Performs product assembly operations on complex components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing unpacking, component preparation, component installation and assembly of units.
• Sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Provides hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Open and unpack chassis and components to be used on the server assembly
• Utilize small hand tools to or power screwdrivers to
• Install/replace brackets, Install small components and/or labels on servers
• Assist with recycling materials
• Any other tasks assigned
