Sigma Design is seeking an Electronics material handler to lead material handling operations in a standard warehouse environment. This position requires mentoring junior staff, optimizing material movement, and ensuring accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations.

The role focuses on coordinating receiving, picking, and shipping to meet client deadlines, while supporting ERP enhancements and reporting needs. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of material handling experience.
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Mentor Material Handlers I and II on procedures, ERP transactions, and safety protocols.
• Manage and optimize material movement and storage for multiple processes.
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, and shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze material handling processes and recommend improvements.
• Support ERP system enhancements and advanced reporting needs.
• Serve as point of contact for operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
