Job summary

Sigma Design is seeking an Electronics Materials Handler II to manage movement, storage, and control of materials across receipt to shipping in a fast-paced, electronics-focused environment. The role supports inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives, handling wires, harnesses, motors, and small mechanical parts.

This in-office position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential overtime; requires 2–4 years experience, high school diploma, and familiarity with ERP systems and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic components, wiring, motors, or small mechanical parts preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or electronics-focused environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools.
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Pass a post-offer background verification.

Responsibilities

• Execute ERP transactions quickly and accurately.
• Safely move and store materials to coincide with ERP transactions.
• Handle and manage electronic and mechanical components (wires, harnesses, motors).
• Conduct cycle counts and support reconciliations to resolve inventory variances.
• Identify, label, locate, and place stocked materials systematically.
• Pull items using pick tickets and verify physical stock on hand.
• Use barcode scanners for item identification.
• Assist with receiving or shipping products, parts, and materials as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material flow.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
